At the same time, we want to be clear about what happens after that window, so there are no surprises.
If you subscribe and decide within the first 30 days that Ahead of the Pack Learning is not the right fit for your family, email us at support@aheadofthepacklearning.com and we will issue a full refund of your subscription payment — no questions, no hassle.
This applies to your first subscription payment only and is available to new subscribers who have not previously received a refund from us.
After the 30-day guarantee period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to all materials until that date.
Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once that billing cycle has begun and the 30-day guarantee has expired. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine the Service has been misused, our content has been downloaded or redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service, or a refund has already been issued to that account.
