These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ahead of the Pack Learning website (aheadofthepacklearning.com) and curriculum subscription service (the "Service"), operated by Ahead of the Pack Learning ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, submitting an enrollment form, or subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Our curriculum materials are designed for children under parental supervision — parents and guardians are responsible for all use of the Service within their household.
Ahead of the Pack Learning operates on a subscription model at $49 per month (or $39/month billed annually) per family account.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@aheadofthepacklearning.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
After the 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our curriculum materials for personal, non-commercial, educational use within your household.

All content on this website and within our curriculum — including but not limited to text, graphics, worksheets, lesson plans, assessment materials, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ahead of the Pack Learning and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Materials are for your household's educational use only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no representations or warranties regarding any specific academic outcomes, grade-level advancement, standardized test performance, or other educational results. Please see our Learning Outcomes Disclaimer for important information about what to expect.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, AHEAD OF THE PACK LEARNING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Our website uses third-party services including Netlify (hosting) and Anthropic (AI chat). Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
You may cancel your subscription at any time per Section 3 above.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
